Eat, Lift & Be Happy Tank

ONLY A FEW LEFT!

When I started my blog in 2009, I did so with the intention of showing women they could live a healthy, happy life without all of the frustration that often seems to come along with fitness endeavors.

So naturally, I spent some time thinking about what I could call it that would adequately convey my message.

When "Eat, Lift & be Happy" was born its message struck a chord in the hearts of many women just like me—women who craved a vibrant, healthy lifestyle that wouldn’t stress them out or encourage obsession. Eat mindfully, train intuitively, and live joyfully—that’s the ELbH way.

This racer back tank is a lovely heathered gray with the original ELbH logo in a pretty coral. The new logo is a bit lighter/pinker than the one that is currently pictured but other than that, the re-stocked tanks are exactly the same.

This tank fits on the roomier side (NOT TOO TIGHT!) and is soft and easy to wash.

The material is a soft, tri-blend fabric consisting of 50 percent polyester, 25 percent cotton and 25 percent rayon.
